"Had another win today, sent out a proposal to one of my new clients to prepare his file so he can lodge his BAS and he accepted in under 24 hours. I was worried it was a bit high in the amount but no hesitation. Was able to action it straight away even though in the proposal I said I would not start it until next week and managed to send it off to him complete this afternoon. Did a few extra little things to make sure he was feeling valued as you can when charging a higher price."
